Cancellations

New clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the required questionnaire.  As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

Arrival

Changes and cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to the appointment without penalty of payment in full.  All no-shows are automatically charged the full value of services booked.
