Cancellations
New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to fill out the required questionnaire. Please bring a form of ID with you. As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.
Arrival
Changes and cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to the appointment without penalty of payment in full. All no-shows are automatically charged the full value of services booked.
